Job Description

Join us as a Learning & Development Lead at ION Group, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing training and development strategies to meet organizational goals. This role requires a strong background in human resources management and proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

Develop training and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
Create training materials and select appropriate resources
Plan, direct, and deliver training initiatives
Identify current and future training needs through analysis
Implement various training methods and engage external trainers as needed
Maintain knowledge-sharing environment
Monitor and evaluate training programs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or MBA with HR specialization
8+ years' experience in training programs
Experience in technology companies, preferably Fintech sector
Proficiency in English and Hindi
Expertise in Microsoft Office and LMS technology
Strong communication and organizational skills
