Job Description

Join WNY Holidays as a Manager, Outbound MICE Operations to handle end-to-end logistics for corporate travel and events. This role requires 4-6 years of experience in MICE operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, vendors, and partners for corporate travel and events
Negotiate rates and secure best deals for accommodation and event spaces
Manage group bookings, transfers, meals, and other event services
Work closely with clients to understand requirements and ensure flawless execution
Optimize costs while delivering high-quality service
Coordinate with teams during live events to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in MICE or travel operations
Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with hotels, airlines, and event planning logistics
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and vendor management platforms
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle high-pressure situations
