Job Description

Join Hemang Doshi Academy as a Back Office Coordinator responsible for managing sales, providing education counseling, maintaining client relationships, and handling backend operations. Comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

Assist in promoting cybersecurity and information security training programs.
Handle inquiries from potential learners and provide course-related information.
Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
Maintain records of sales and training participation.
Provide guidance to students and professionals on suitable training programs.
Address queries related to course content, career opportunities, and certifications.
Maintain strong relationships with students, corporate clients, and training partners.
Coordinate training schedules, registrations, and learning materials.
Handle routine administrative tasks related to training operations.

Qualifications

Any graduate (No specific field required).
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
