Aimlay is seeking a Senior Admission Counsellor / Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in international education counseling and outbound sales targeting global students and professionals.

Responsibilities

Connect with international prospects using inbound leads provided.
Follow up with calls to convert leads via outbound communication.
Explain international education services clearly and convert leads into admissions.
Advise students on selecting suitable universities, courses, and career paths.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for international enrollments.
Use CRM tools to track leads, applications, and conversions.
Maintain strong relationships with international students and professionals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in international education counseling or outbound sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Knowledge of international university admissions, visa regulations, and education systems is a plus.
