Guidepoint is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support critical hires in our Mumbai office. This role will involve assisting with recruitment tasks, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with the TA team.

Responsibilities

Support recruitment process including strategy development, posting jobs, sourcing, and candidate outreach
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications

Qualifications

Current student enrolled in an accredited degree program
Professional communication skills
Interest in managing software and systems supporting TA
