Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team at Bharat Business Loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales volume and revenue targets monthly
Work closely with branch banking teams for joint business development
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team
Monitor team productivity and provide necessary support
Guide team members to generate business and oversee documentation processes
Focus on building CASA through existing customers and ensure cross-sell opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, DSAs, and channel partners
Ensure excellent customer service and address any concerns promptly
Monitor portfolio quality and achieve delinquency targets

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in sales management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and guide a sales team
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of banking products and services
