Job Description

Join EY to drive talent development and learning agenda within the ES, Talent and Ops Teams. Build relationships with leadership teams, drive business value through skilling, leadership development, and career management.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders
Lead deployment of learning initiatives for assigned span
Deploy upskilling/reskilling programs
Plan and execute learning plan
Facilitate trainings and provide business inputs for learning programs
Establish networks and build relationships
Partner with learning and leadership centers of excellence

Qualifications

10 years of experience in Learning and Talent Development
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills
Program management experience
Knowledge management skills
