Job Description

Avalanche Refineries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Filling Production Supervisor to oversee daily filling line operations. The role involves managing manpower, ensuring accurate and safe filling of products, and maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise filling line operations and ensure timely output.
  • Monitor filling machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate maintenance.
  • Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and batch coding.
  • Maintain daily production records and line efficiency reports.
  • Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
  • Train and manage filling line operators and helpers.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or relevant field.
  • 1-6 years of experience in filling/packaging operations in refinery, chemical, Lubricants or FMCG industry.
  • Good knowledge of filling machinery, safety norms, and line balancing.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Flexible to work in shifts and handle fast-paced operations.
