Join OneMEP Services Private Limited as a BIM MEP Modeller and play a key role in transforming MEP design and coordination through BIM technology.

Create and maintain accurate BIM models of MEP systems for various projects.
Collaborate with different teams for seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.
Conduct clash detection analysis to resolve conflicts within BIM models.
Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
Review and validate BIM models for compliance with project requirements.
Contribute to sustainable design practices for energy efficiency.
Assist in design coordination meetings, project reviews, and site visits.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.
Proficiency in software such as Revit and Navisworks.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and industry codes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
