Job Description

iEnergizer is hiring GDS Experts for the premium Travel Process (pilot batch). The candidate must have Amadeus and Galileo work experience.

Responsibilities

Handle consumer concerns via phone or email.
Address ticketing issues and reissue questions.
PNR cancellation and creation.
Candidate must have knowledge about GDS.
Involuntary Reissuance/Voiding.

Qualifications

Excellent fluency in spoken English.
Flexibility to work around the clock.
Minimum one year of GDS experience in any travel company.
