The Assistant Manager-Business Development will drive eSewa?s growth by leading product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing testing and iterations, and executing successful product launches.
Oversee the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Manage the testing phase of new products and its iterative improvements.
Plan, organize, and carry out product launch strategies to guarantee prompt delivery and successful market introduction.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve targeted customer acquisition for the eSewa Invest platform.
Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and target potential customers, optimizing marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
Find new market opportunities and grow the customer base to help eSewa Invest gain market share.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and enhance product offerings.
Promote activities for upselling, cross-selling, and higher product adoption to drive top-line growth.
Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market conditions, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the fintech industry.
