Job Description

Morningstar is seeking a Product Consultant to join the Global Client Support team in the ESG domain. The role involves supporting Morningstar's ESG research, data, and analytical products for Enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relations in APAC, EMEA, and North America.
  • Ensure clients have access to subscribed research and services.
  • Respond to client queries promptly.
  • Administrate client information in the internal system.
  • Support clients in accessing and understanding Sustainalytics suite of research products.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in the ESG domain.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
