Support recruitment and onboarding processes as needed.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Proven experience in resource management and talent matching.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with HR software and resource management tools.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
