ServiceNow On-Premises Engineer position in the banking domain at Prolegion Private Limited.

Manage and support self-hosted/on-premises ServiceNow instances.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and supporting infrastructure.
Handle migrations between on-prem and cloud environments (AWS).
Administer and maintain Linux systems (preferably RedHat).
Work with VMware, F5 Load Balancers, MariaDB, and backup/replication tools.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure components.
Collaborate with networking and storage teams to resolve system-level issues.

Minimum 4 years of experience managing self-hosted platforms (preferably ServiceNow).
Proficiency in Linux system administration.
Hands-on experience with AWS, VMware, and ServiceNow.
Good understanding of networking (DNS) and storage technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
Experience in implementing security best practices, including access controls and encryption.
