MPC Cloud Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop detailed business and functional specifications for new systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Assist in project management tasks.
Support the development and implementation of business strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Effective communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
