Net2Source is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition team, focusing on internal hiring, recruitment strategy, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a team of recruiters
  • Drive internal hiring and talent mobility initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans
  • Partner with senior leadership and business heads
  • Utilize staffing industry expertise to identify top talent
  • Enhance employer branding and ensure compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • 4+ years in leadership within staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of internal hiring, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter & ATS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
