Job Description

Organize and maintain resourcing data related to corporate access events, build and maintain relationships with corporates, generate detailed reports, collaborate with internal teams, leverage internal data sources, liaise with business analysts, partner with corporate access leads and tech teams.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain resourcing data related to corporate access events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporates and set up meetings for clients and internal teams.
  • Generate detailed reports and analysis for management on the corporate & client events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and insights on client interactions.
  • Leverage internal data sources to create and update pitch book materials.
  • Partner with corporate access leads and tech teams to develop efficient systems for data collection.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in investment banking, corporate access or EQ research.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across geographies and time zones.
