Job Description

The Branch Sales Manager/Sales Executive in the CASA department focuses on acquiring liability, assets, and retail forex business for the bank. They are responsible for sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business to increase the retail book of the bank.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and managing a team of business development executives
  • Identify sales opportunities for CASA products by acquiring new customers and building relationships
  • Manage business relations with existing customers to increase depth of relationships
  • Ensure timely servicing of leads and resolution of discrepancies
  • Record and track engagement activities through CRM system
  • Prepare and implement sourcing, activation, coaching, and mentoring plan for BDEs
  • Comply with KYC/SEBI rules and regulations

Qualifications

  • Graduation/Post Graduation from a recognized university
  • 4-8 years in a relevant role in BFSI sector
