Job Description

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income to provide functional design inputs for technology solutions and work closely with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand current business processes and systems
Coordinate requirements gathering in FX & Fixed Income space
Create high-quality documentation for business and functional requirements
Work with development leads on enhancements and defects
Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of application bugs
Engage with software developers and testers for quality delivery
Assist in project execution through JIRA
Develop best practices for evaluating and implementing technologies

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Investment/ Global Banks
Understanding of FX/Fixed Income front to back workflow
Exposure to trade processing lifecycle
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience in payments flows is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong communication and analysis skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Positive attitude and ability to take initiative
