Job Description

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in Investment/Global Banks focusing on Trade Processing and Risk Management areas. The role involves providing functional design inputs for technology solutions in the Foreign Exchange & Fixed Income space.

Responsibilities

Understand current business processes and systems
Coordinate and document requirements gathering
Create high-quality documentation for Business and Functional Requirements
Analyze data sets and create flow diagrams
Work closely with development leads on enhancements and defects
Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of application bugs
Engage successfully with software developers and testers
Plan, estimate, manage risks and issues
Assist in project execution through JIRA
Develop best practices for evaluating and implementing technologies

Qualifications

5-8 years experience as a Business Analyst in Trade Processing
Understanding of FX/Fixed Income full front to back workflow
Exposure to full trade processing lifecycle
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies
Strong academic record ideally in Computer Science or related discipline
Execution oriented towards business goals and project deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analysis skills
