Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and emails, providing information, and handling inquiries. Greeting visitors and providing assistance. Scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars. Maintaining office records and filing systems. Managing office supplies and equipment.

Maintaining and updating databases and spreadsheets. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Distributing memos, reports, and other information. Facilitating communication between departments and stakeholders. Assisting with HR tasks, managing invoices and payments, providing support for events and meetings.

Qualifications

Any Graduate with relevant experience in office administration. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
