Job Description

Join Agoda's Customer Support Team in Gurgaon as a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver excellent service to customers and partners through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels

Support combination of Agoda products (Hotel, Flights, Activities) after training

Handle high volume of inquiries and meet KPIs and team goals

Identify process improvements and collaborate effectively with team managers

Qualifications

Excellent command of spoken and written English, proficiency in Hindi desirable

Min 1 year experience in customer service roles, contact center environment desirable

Attentiveness, empathy, patience, consistency, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills required
