Job Description

The HR Admin will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, updating databases, preparing HR documents, managing payroll data, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and more. Additionally, overseeing clinic premises management, handling inventory, ensuring compliance, supervising staff, and organizing internal activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain physical and digital personnel records
  • Update internal databases with accurate information
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents
  • Collect, verify, and manage payroll data
  • Publish and remove job postings
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Draft and present HR reports
  • Create onboarding programs
  • Resolve employee queries
  • Conduct exit interviews

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in HR and Admin
  • Graduate / MBA in HR or Hospital Administration
  • Technical skills in MS Office, HRMS, and e-mail communication
  • Soft skills in interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, time management
