Job Description

As a Technical Analyst 2-Support, you will be responsible for investigating front-end applications, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows. You will also work on backend techniques including capturing log files, querying tables, and updating database fields.

Responsibilities

Conduct investigations on front-end applications
Apply fix tools and test workflows
Use backend techniques such as capturing log files and updating database fields
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Document notes, activities, and resolutions

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in computer science or related field
Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field
Experience in application support, incident management, and change management
Knowledge of SQL
Ability to work during evening shifts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
