Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all receipts, invoices, and bills are processed and recorded in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Billing and Payment Management:
    • Oversee the billing process for patients, ensuring accurate and timely generation of invoices.
    • Coordinate with the medical staff, insurance companies, and patients for accurate billing and payment reconciliation.
    • Handle insurance claims and follow-up on unpaid bills or reimbursements from insurance providers.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning:
    • Assist in preparing budgets for different departments (e.g., medical supplies, payroll, infrastructure) and monitor their implementation.
    • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure that all financial planning aligns with hospital goals and revenue targets.
    • Provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and optimization of hospital resources.
  • Accounts Reconciliation:
