Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator cum Store Assistant to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, conducting audits, and ensuring smooth operations within the store.

Responsibilities

Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact/storage area.
Monitor and take inventory regularly to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
Assist with ordering and receiving items and equipment.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

Qualifications

Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with Materials Management system (MMS) and Inventory Management Software.
Basic computer skills for day-to-day operations.
