Lead the interior design and material selection process for various projects in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead interior design and material selection process
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors
Research, evaluate, and select materials, textures, furniture, fixtures, and finishes
Develop mood boards, 3D renders, and design proposals
Ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability norms
Coordinate with procurement teams
Manage multiple projects within budget
Stay updated on industry trends and new materials

Qualifications

10+ years of Interior Design experience
Expertise in material selection, furniture design, and space planning
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop
Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
Ability to create high-quality concept presentations and technical drawings
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience in high-end projects preferred
