Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to manage a team of 2 to 10 members, take care of team performance, and develop team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, motivating the team, and ensuring sales quotas are met.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of 2 to 10 members
Build good relationships with team members
Set sales targets and motivate the team daily
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
Handle grievances and preserve the company's reputation
Keep records of calls and sales

Qualifications

Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in team handling or other sales/customer service role
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe them to prospects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills
