Job Description

As the Retail Store Manager of SMART, you will oversee the entire hypermarket operation, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient store performance, and effective team management.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees across various departments.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Champion a customer-first culture, resolving complaints and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a hypermarket or large-format store.
