Seeking a dynamic Practice Head - CRM & MS Dynamics to lead and scale our Microsoft CRM practice. This strategic leadership role involves establishing a profitable practice, driving business growth, overseeing CRM implementation projects, and leading a high-performing team.
Practice Development: Establish and grow the MS Dynamics CRM practice, define strategy, and lead team acquisition.
Team Leadership: Develop strategic vision, onboard and manage team, build strong team culture.
Client Acquisition & Management: Onboard new clients, pursue business opportunities, strengthen relationships, lead pre-sales activities.
Profit & Loss Ownership: Manage financial health, achieve revenue targets.
Strategic Leadership: Represent organization as thought leader, innovate service offerings.
Skills & Experience: Minimum 15 years CRM implementation experience, 5+ years leadership experience, strong networks in Indian markets. Technical proficiency in Microsoft CRM, deep understanding of CRM best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Relevant Microsoft certifications desirable.
