Job Description

Responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of group-wide HR policies, and for the management of the HR team and all HR related activities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Organize town hall meetings, Q&A sessions, and other forums for open dialogue.
  • Develop and manage recognition programs to reward and acknowledge employee contributions.
  • Plan and execute events that celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
  • Implement programs that support employee well-being, including mental health resources, fitness activities, and work-life balance initiatives.
  • Organize and manage employee events, including team-building activities, social events, and corporate gatherings.
  • Ensure events align with the overall engagement strategy and enhance team cohesion.
  • Manage performance management processes, data management, and basic system management.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews (PES), Exit Management, Internal ISO Audit, and Reward and Recognition activities.

Qualifications

  • Graduation/MBA in HR.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective engagement strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
