Seeking a Lead Assistant Manager with experience in collection strategies, debt collection, and cash application. Knowledge of Lloyd's Insurance Market is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage team handling 5-8 people
  • Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
  • Analyze unapplied/unallocated cash and aged unmatched transactions
  • Research and analyze insurance documents
  • Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in collection and cash application
  • Knowledge of the insurance finance industry
  • Experience in Lloyd's Insurance Market preferred
