Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. You will develop HR strategies, manage the employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process and ensure a diverse workforce.
Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for new and existing employees.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance.
Manage compensation, benefits, training, and performance management.
Maintain accurate employee records and analyze HR data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR management experience.
Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
