Job Description

As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing clients to open Demat accounts with the company, activating accounts, assisting customers with queries, promoting digital platforms, cross-selling products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

To source clients to open Demat account with the company via allotted SBI bank branches or open market.
Activating the Demat & Trading account by providing product demonstration.
Greet and Re-direct customers to appropriate counters.
Build an understanding of products/services to answer customer queries.
Maintain a list of FAQ by customers and proactively seek clarification.
Promote Demat & Trading account on digital platforms and handhold customers.
Engage premier customers walking into the branch and assist them.
Cross-sell other products as directed.
Ensure achievement of monthly sales business target.

Qualifications

Graduate.
Age: 20 to 29 years.
0-1 years of relevant experience.
