Job Description

The Area Retail Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability of the region, implementing store strategies, and ensuring operational standards are met. They will focus on customer satisfaction, people management, and overall commercial performance.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales and profitability of the area
Formulate and implement store strategies and procedures
Coach Store Managers on utilizing commercial information effectively
Control costs within budgetary guidelines
Promote awareness of local trading patterns and competitor activity
Identify internal and external commercial opportunities
Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations
Execute new store openings and re-fits
Implement promotions according to guidelines
Ensure maintenance of store operational standards
Monitor inventory management systems within the area
Implement a high standard of customer focus within the store
Manage, develop, and motivate staff

Qualifications

Any Graduate
UAE Experience preferred
