Join Milestone Technologies as a Sales Operations Manager and work directly with Sales, Finance, Operations, and TA Teams to support the sales team in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Proactively monitor and ensure quality, accuracy, and process consistency within the sales team. Manage CRM Data quality. Support on-boarding and training of new sales team members. Assist in sales compensation plans management. Analyze sales data and trends. Support sales process improvement efforts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team. MBA or Engineering degree preferred. Experience in IT Services market and Salesforce.com is a plus.
