Job Description

Charles River Development (CRD) is the FinTech division of State Street. Together with State Street's Middle and Back-office services, Charles River's cloud-based Front Office technology forms the foundation of the State Street Alpha Platform, the first front-to-back solution in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on ETL data pipelines, Snowflake data warehouse, CI/CD deployment Pipelines and data-readiness design
  • Conduct query performance tuning/optimizations and data loads
  • Innovate clear and concise solutions
  • Collaborate across regions for design standards and data onboarding activities
  • Create artifacts aligning with the global SDLC process
  • Conduct root cause analysis for SQL query debugging and defect issue resolution

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. MS degree preferred
  • 6-10 years of experience in data integration/orchestration services
  • Strong SQL knowledge and debugging skills
  • Experience in service architecture and providing data-driven solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud, Snowflake SQL, and ETL tools
  • Exposure to financial domain knowledge is a plus
  • Prior experience with State Street and CRD is a plus
  • Experience with Qlik Replicate and Compose tools is a plus
  • Exposure to Third party data providers is a plus
