Join Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, as a Field Sales Team Lead in Vijayapura/Bijapur. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for growth and good market knowledge to lead a sales team and drive enrollments in the city.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers.
Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales.
Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas.

Qualifications

Graduate or above, Post Graduation preferred.
Must have experience in Channel Sales Role with 5 Member Sales Team handled before.
Understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics.
Experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives.
