Join our team as an HR Intern to gain valuable experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and administrative support.
Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, prepare onboarding materials, conduct orientation sessions, and assist with paperwork.
HR Documentation: Assist in maintaining employee records, filing documents, and updating HR databases.
HR Projects: Assist in implementing HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and other projects.
Employee Relations: Support the HR team in addressing employee queries and concerns to ensure a positive work environment.
Compliance & Reporting: Help maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and assist with HR-related reporting and audits.
General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and other tasks as needed.
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic understanding of HR functions and employment law, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
