Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager with expertise in Stock Broking operations to oversee clearing, settlement, and financial coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a deep understanding of exchange operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Banking Operations: Manage documentation and communication with banks for margin requirements.
Exchange Communication & Compliance: Coordinate with exchanges for reporting and billing.
Clearing Operations: Ensure accurate settlement of trades and monitor risk exposure.
Back Office & Reporting: Utilize software to manage trade lifecycle and submit exchange reports.
Financial Coordination: Collaborate with finance teams to settle charges.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in clearing & settlement operations.
Proficient in Shilpi back-office software and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of exchange operations and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
