Job Description

FoKus Energy Drink is looking for an experienced Sales Head to build and scale a strong retail, distributor, and stockist network across Uttar Pradesh and neighboring states.

Responsibilities

  • Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, and stockists across UP.
  • Expand market presence to other states through effective channel development.
  • Lead field sales teams to meet targets and ensure product visibility.
  • Develop regional sales strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Ensure smooth supply chain operations and credit management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4-5 years in beverage sales (Beverage Industry experience preferred).
  • Strong network and understanding of the UP market.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
