Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Lulu Mall, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in retail management.

Responsibilities

Back-office management-inward & outward, storage, and inventory documentation.
Proper updating about sales target achievement, product knowledge, superior remedies to increase sales & hit targets.
Maintaining high quality of VM & display Standards.
Recruiting, managing, motivating, and training teams.
Maintaining Global Count of all brands of Men’s concept.
Regularly analyze customer feedback & determine corrective course of action.
Monitor Walk-in’s and conversion rates, & competition survey on a regular basis.
Initiate ideas & action plan for the walk-in’s conversation rate & the overall sales of the store.
Grooming standards of Employees & mentoring store etiquettes.
Discuss service issues with team & resolve them.
Excellent customer handling and communication.

Total work experience: 2 years (Preferred)
