We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to be the primary point of contact for our clients. This role involves managing client accounts, influencing key performance metrics, and ensuring top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Influence key performance metrics of assigned portfolio
  • Help clients grow their business using our products & services
  • Ensure timely renewals and identify opportunities for up-selling/cross-selling
