Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounting function with a focus on retail operations.

Responsibilities

Manage retail and distributor billing, invoicing, and reconciliation
Handle GST filing, TDS deductions, and ensure compliance
Process salaries and basic HR-related accounting tasks
Prepare service invoices for contractual services
Maintain accurate Tally ledgers and banking operations
Assist with documentation for yearly return filing and audits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or FMCG
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Willingness to travel for field work
