Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to ensure the satisfaction and retention of our clients by providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers/clients
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues through various channels
  • Manage escalated customer issues
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for customers and support agents
  • Track and report on key performance indicators
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on support data
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams for product improvement
  • Schedule monthly feedback meetings with clients
  • Identify and recommend additional products or services to meet customer needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of customer support experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial position
  • Experience with SaaS products and understanding of SaaS business model
  • Proficiency with customer support software and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer data and feedback
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
