Job Description

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage channel partners for sales of paid subscription packages via on ground sales executives in the Internet E-Commerce industry.

Responsibilities

  • Managing channel partners for sales of paid subscription packages via on ground sales executives
  • Ensure team hiring, training, management, and retention
  • Conduct daily meetings to ensure appropriate qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Responsible for ensuring sales funnel, conversion, and improving sales productivity
  • Close tracking and monitoring on input KPIs to help improve productivity
  • Drive performance through incentive structure and sales promotion

Qualifications

  • 70%+ marks in 10th and 12th
  • MBA with 3+ years of experience in Sales/Acquisition/Retention
  • Strong experience in leading large teams in Sales Acquisition Processes
  • Build rapport with team via consultative sales approach
