Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures
Conduct safety audits and inspections
Provide safety training and resources
Investigate accidents and incidents
Maintain accurate safety records
Lead continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Certifications such as CSP or CIH preferred
Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field preferred
