Job Description

The Project Lead will oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of various learning and development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of training initiatives tied to business needs.

Responsibilities

Initiate project kick off meetings and brainstorm with stakeholders and L&D team members
Create project plans, manage timelines, and budgets
Develop and deliver training materials
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, human resources, learning and development
6+ years of project management experience in e-Learning domain
Strong knowledge of learning and development strategies
Proficiency in project management tools and software
