Responsibilities

Identification and validation of issues
Documenting client calls and emails in the call tracking database
Providing L1 and L2 functional application support
Researching and resolving issues
Coordinating with internal teams
Responding to client questions via email and phone
Working in shifts and on call support as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in CX support
Strong understanding of Capital Market domain
Good experience in level2 functional support and client interaction
Basic knowledge of tools like Team Support, Jira, Service Now
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
