Job Description

Join our team at Hiredas and work on challenging issues in financial services and technology within the Capital Markets industry. We are looking for a curious, motivated, and forward-thinking Senior Lead Analyst to provide client support in the post-trade processing sector.

Responsibilities

Identify and validate issues
Document calls and emails in the tracking database
Provide functional application support
Prioritize and escalate open items
Research and resolve issues
Coordinate with internal teams
Communicate product functionality to clients
Respond to client inquiries via email and phone
Update clients on case status
Analyze and resolve complex problems
Maintain ownership of issues until resolution
Develop relationships with clients and internal teams
Document common client issues
Provide off-hour support
Assist with client system implementations
Support software releases and upgrades
Work in shifts and provide on-call support as needed
Participate in DR activities with clients

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of CX support experience
Strong understanding of Capital Market domain
Experience in level 2 and level 1 support
Good knowledge of trading environments and batch processes
Effective communication skills
Basic knowledge of tools like Team Support, Jira, Service Now
Experience with Unix and Oracle SQL is a plus
